The Designer
Soodabeh Mokry is a talented designer with a fierce passion for dance. 10 years ago, she started wearing her own original ballroom and latin costumes in showcases and competitions to rave reviews from judges and dancers alike. Seeing a need for high quality, affordable costumes, she took 30 years of sewing experience and unleashed a whirlwind of creativity.
The Goal
“With every client, my goal is to create a costume that will make them feel elegant, sexy, and comfortable. I can make a ballgown that flatters your body and dancing, but what brings the design to life is the radiant glow of energy you get in knowing that you are absolutely the most sexy person on the floor.”
Each design is lovingly hand-made with meticulous attention to craftsmanship and detail.
The Store
“When you call or email the store, you talk to me. I want to be involved with every client from start to finish. The relationship with your seamstress is a very personal one. You will tell me a little bit about your hopes and dreams as a dancer-what you would like to be. It’s my job to help you achieve that, and I don’t think I could do it well without personally connecting with each of my clients."
